To place an order for A Year of Celebration, A Century of Making a Difference patches and ribbons, please use the Record Scorecard.

No order can be placed without filling in a Record Scorecard form. This information is needed to track all the great work and service being done around the country by Scouts.

Remember, the person earning each patch ribbon must complete a minimum of three (3) of the five (5) requirements in each category. They may want to complete all five (5) or even four (4) of the five (5), but they must complete at least three (3).
